BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Randen Traughber

Founder at EarthWin. He seek to move communities, business and humanity as a whole to a new perspective, to operate by collaboration instead of competition.

Elizabeth May

Over 20 years of experience in project management and finance, with particular skills for optimizing project goals and innovative improvement strategies.

Mike Rocket

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel of InEnTec Inc., a renewable energy company that converts all types of waste materials into useful products.

Jackie Wilson

Education Director at The Environmental Center for 14 years and is the Sustainability Coordinator with Bend La Pine School District. Masters in Education from Antioch University
with a focus in Sustainability Education.

Michelle Mitchel

Co-Founder Humm Kombucha and the driver of Humm’s amazing culture and brand ethos within their staff-centric organization. Her mission is to bring love and light to the world.

Dan Martinez

Presently serves as the Emergency Manager for the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Oregon. A Vietnam Veteran that served 4 years in the US Marines, and a Retired Fire Chief after 37 years. Dan is deeply involved in climate change issues.

Caroline Skidmore

Speech-Language Pathologist and founder of Skidmore Speech and Language Services.

Caroline sits on the Advisory Board of Central Oregon Disability Support Network and the Grant Review Committee for Adler’s Voice

Henry Sayre

Ph.D. in American Literature from University of Washington. He was the dean of Oregon State University’s Humanities department, an Art Historian, Celebrated Author and was a key to starting the OSU-Cascades campus.

Senior Designer and Art Director. She creates visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate people. She loves to relate with people of different cultures or backgrounds, and thats why she enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams.
